Rental Car Manager (RCM) is 100% web-based software. What this means is that you do not require any additional software installed in any of your branch office locations, depots or anywhere that you require access to your car rental management system. As long as you have a MS-Windows based operating system, a web browser and an Internet connection you are ready to go !

All that is required is an Internet connection (broadband recommended) and an Internet browser.

It doesn't matter where you or your staff are located. You all access the same database by logging into RCM through a simple user interface. Access levels are controlled by RCM meaning that you can control which staff or which offices see which information.
